We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.

Each garment is hand embroidered and sewn, and each order is made to measure. The estimated shipping time will differ for each product which is mentioned in the product description on the product page. In case of urgent orders, you can call us, and we shall get back to you on the same.
The order can be collected from our Studio in Noida, or we can have it shipped to you at your doorstep.
At Rishika Singh we do not have any return or exchange policy except if the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective. The client must notify us about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.
Products are mostly handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
PAYMENTS & TAXES
Payments can be made through Bank transfer, Paytm, or by Debit or Credit card. We accept International Payments and all major domestic & international credit cards.
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery services only in India.
All cash-on-delivery orders require a prior deposit of 50% of the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method to confirm the order. You can also request an online payment link by calling or sending a message at +91-9667749423.
No. All taxes are included in the prices. You don’t have to pay anything extra.
SIZING GUIDE
We can make the outfit as per the size chart or you can send us your customized measurements. We can also send you a list of measurements required. In case you have any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom-made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.
